• Engage honestly and respectfully in sessions.
• Take ownership of goals, actions, and outcomes between sessions.
• Inform us promptly if your circumstances change in a way that affects coaching safety or suitability.

7. Confidentiality

We treat client conversations as confidential, subject to legal obligations and situations where there is a serious risk of harm. We may use anonymised themes for internal improvement or illustrative materials only when no identifying details are disclosed.

8. Intellectual property

All website text, branding, layout, and materials created by Gentle Growth remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially reuse our content without prior written consent.

9. Payments

Where fees apply, payment terms will be stated in your coaching proposal or invoice. Services may be paused if payment is overdue. Refund eligibility, if any, will be described in your written agreement.
